EXCHANGE / REFUND/ RETURN POLICY
(Online orders cannot be exchanged and returned in stores.)
1. EXCHANGE: (ONLY VALID FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS)
Eligibility-
Your purchase is eligible for exchange if it meets the following requirements-
If the product you received is damaged.
(Please share a photograph of the damaged product at melodyhouse17@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product.)
If the product you ordered needs to be exchanged if you want to upgrade the model in size or technical features.
(If the new model requested is out of stock, we will issue a store credit which will be valid for 6 months. The amount can be used to make a purchase for the same value or higher from our online store)
If you don’t like the style of the product that you received.
(In this case, we will issue a coupon code which will be valid for 6 months and can be used to make a purchase of the same value or higher. We will not limit your options, you will be able to choose from our complete online collection)
Policy-
At The Melody Shop , we are committed to ensure that you have have an enjoyable shopping experience. You may have received a dead-on arrival or malfunctioning product; you can ask for an exchange or refund for the dead-on arrival product and only an exchange for the malfunctioning / damaged during transit product.
If your order is eligible for Exchange kindly inform us of the problem by sending us an email at melodyhouse17@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the order. Our customer care team will get back to you within 48 hours.
Products bought online cannot be exchanged in stores.
The Exchange Process takes 9-18 days
If your order is eligible for Exchange, we will schedule a pickup for the equipment within 48 hours of receiving the email. All additional information will be provided via email.
Please ensure the returned product is unused and has the original packaging, price tag, and invoice and all accessories.
We reserve the rights to deduct handling charges of from the product being Return and process you Refunds in case of product physically damaged and Malfunctioning.
If the product was collected (no defective packaging, all manuals / items / accessories included), the entire amount will be as a store credit within 7-10 working days (minus the restocking and handling fee of 25 per cent).
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from respective manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. We will help guide you through the process if needed .

In case you are facing some problem in installation of the product and wants to understand the functioning of the items, we have our specialized team with assistance to guide You. Our technical team provides easy assistance via call and Whatsapp. System setting calibrations are also provided by our technical team, so that you enjoy the quality of the product hassle Free.
WHEN ARE RETURNS NOT POSSIBLE:
There are certain conditions in which returns are not possible at The Melody Shop, which are mentioned below:
The return request is made outside the specified time Frame. The product is damaged because of Use. The product is not in the same state as you received It. The item has been used and Installed. Item with physical Damages. The product serial numbers missing/ tempered from the main Box. There is anything missing from the package received, including price tags, labels and original Packing. Product without invoice is not liable to Exchange.
The melody shop reserves the right to inspect a returned product before processing the refund.
In case of a Refund, the amount will be refunded using the same online mode of payment through which it was originally made within 15 days of the request being verified and subject to the issuing bank's policy. If the payment method was Cash on Delivery we will ask for your bank account details via your registered email address.
3. SALE PERIOD
We do not accept exchange and return on discounted products.
We experience high volumes during the sale and will be unable to cancel any order due to shipment delays. However, we reserve the right to cancel an order on account of the non-availability of goods.
